Intercape Disaster

I have never experienced anything like this. I was always happy with Intercape but today I am the unhappiest person ever. I suggest people don't use Intercape again. I booked my daughter Dene van Vuuren and her friend Regard Booysen a ticket from Somerset West Shell Garage to Pretoria on the 30th December 2022 after they were here for the holidays. First, we were told at Shell Garage that a shuttle was transporting them to Paarl which was understood. Now the hostesses made them sit separately in different seats. They may not sit together. My child is in tears and does not want to sit 1500 kilometers next to a stranger. She says the staff is very *********** and nasty and does not want to listen to reason. I am going to take this matter further to the newspapers. This is unacceptable. The bus number they rode on is 8113 or something like that.
