Intercape Disappoint

had an extremely disappointing experience with Intercape. The bus was scheduled to arrive at the pickup point in the early morning hours, and I waited in the cold for more than 5 hours. Although the company informed us that the bus would be delayed, it never arrived at all. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability afterward. Despite the inconvenience, wasted time, and poor communication, they refused to offer a refund or even reschedule the trip. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for passengers left stranded for hours without proper assistance or solutions. Very disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend using their service based on how this situation was handled.
