Intercape delays

What a significant delay I experienced on the 28th September where I was expecting the bus to arrive at Bloemfontein at 20:40 PM. However, the bus only arrived after 2 AM the next day, without any explanation or apology from your staff. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

This is not the first time I have encountered such poor service. This is the third instance I’ve experienced delays, and it seems to be becoming a norm with Intercape.
