Intercape contact service centres bad.

Intercape fell on a sharp knife, there's a trend of buses being drastically late for pick up and people stand for an hour without any communication of what's happening and when you contact the service centres people become rude.

Yesterday a bus that was meant to pick people up by 21:25 got to the Frontier Hotel in Grahamstown at 21:55 whereas the people were advised to be earlier cause busses tend to come before time. They were stranded for almost an hour and a half and when they called in they said it happens. Just like that. My worry is that had it been that the bus is early, customers don't get contacted they get left behind but when it's the bus that's late with an hour it's fine. This is bad service totally
