I am so disappointed in the service rendered by this pathetic coach line yesterday. We had 7 full fair tickets booked and were late about 10 minutes, we called to beg for the bus to please wait for us, we then decided to chase the bus to Amanzimtoti, had an amazing Office consultant try to help us, she kept calling the driver as when we got to Toti we got lost again and couldn't find the garage till the bus left, i understand the driver could not have answered his phone while driving but he could have Atleast returned the calls to the office, i honestly know he did this on purpose because we have used this bus for year and we know how the drivers do thing, they probably sold our 7 seats to standbys and shoved that money in their pockets, i am shocked!!! Shocked because a bus will arrive late at the destination and the driver will not be sorry and a bus will break and the driver will not be sorry, we begged!! Begged for our R2900 to go down the drain.. And it did.. Silly us? We booked the same bus for Wednesday.. I am so disappointed at the service...

We are living in the toughest of times but live amongst inconsiderate people and we still show up and show support.
