Intercape causes trauma

Horrific experience on 8108 Booked a sleepliner got budgetliner No toilet, get breaks of 10min in which you have to go to the toilet and get food... not possible the driver is rude and drove off leaving a passenger behind others had to plead to get the passenger back my 7 year old son was sooo traumatised he didn't want to get off again this is inhumane never ever have I ever experienced such bad service
