Intercape

Ive seen better days with Intercape My sportsbag was categorised as hand luggage of ALL THE YEARS ive used intercape. Bus driver of Bus 915 that left Bosman station at 10:30 on 2Oct2022 tells me to put it in the trailer. I ask a simple question, since this is the ONLY HAND Bag im using to put my wallets & cellphone dont we put it in the overheads as per usual. A simple yes or no answer wouldve sufficed but instead i get a snide answer from him. Train your bus driver to be professional when they speak to clients. If i wanted rude service, wouldnt have paid for a mainliner i wouldve taken a taxi at Noord taxi rank,
