This is the worst service I ever received from this people I booked a bus that was 2 hours late and I was supposed to be in Pretoria for a meeting I made alternative plans I send them and email and followed up thy can even respond to say we looking into your matter. All I want isy money back but the way thy selfish thy will not I rather asked them to chany my ticket for a other day still no feedback. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE BIT THEY ADVETISE THEMSELF AS A WORLD CLASS COMPANY I DONT THINK YOU NEED TO BE OPERATING WITH SUCH SERVICE.
