Intercape busses the worst bus service in history.

The worst bus service of all time. My bus should have arrived at 09:45 I've been waiting since 08:00 this is unacceptable I've been waiting almost 5 hours. I called intercape they said the bus stop here. Now they want me to buy another bus ticket.
