Intercape busses that doesn't value their clients

I took an intercape bus in midrand at 16:00pm on the 23 December and on the ticket the arrival time is 10am. As we speak its 13:00 and I'm still on my way to Mthatha..they took a route going to stutterheim where as there's no drop off on that route leaving the cofimvaba route.. Now the busy driving at 60km/h claiming that the diseal is almost empty and they can't refuel after Queenstown,what kind of crab is that because it's them who decided on a longer route.. I called the services center they just backed me up with an attitude .. It was my first time being on Intercape and their service is messed up .. Bus number 8113
