Intercape busses are TERRIBLE and UNRELIABLE!

Intercape busses are unreliable!!! Our bus that left mthatha at 18:00 on 27th Dec 2024 has been stuck on the road for more than 3 hours. Terrible service. Why do they not service and maintain these busses???
