Intercape busses are Horrible

Intercape busses are just horrible, the bus smells so bad you can't even breath,, the bus drivers are so rude they stops more than 30min waiting for their friends not thinking about passengers destinations.

The aircon is so cold when you complain about it the drivers becomes rude.

I have seen and kept my mouth shut for too long now, but intercape should not be operating anymore because they are failing to put customers first, they are failing to make us comfortable traveling with their busses.
