Intercape Buses Poor Service

It is with very bad new to share that the Intercape buses are no longer working as their motto says "Safe. Dependable. Affordable". I took a bus from Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) to Durban. Normally the trip takes about 14 to 15 hours of drive, but this is not happening due to their poor management on their buses. We changed a bust from PE to East London because it was stinking urine, we hardly breathed. One of the passengers complained and they changed the bus in EL, but only to find out that the other bus has the same issue. Bare in mind that changing a bus can take about an hour plus minutes because of many passengers' bags. We only got to uMtata at 04h55 am. The buses are so expensive to have such services. This is not good for our health too, I even lost my appetite because of the smell in the bus.
