Intercape Buses Not Realiable

On the 27th of March 2024, I traveled with my kids from Kroonstad to Pretoria and in the morning of the 27th I received an sms that the bus will be delayed by an hour which it actually delayed with 2hours and 30minutes. On our way to Pretoria there where no announcement on where about we are and there was a lady who nearly missed her stop because no one said anything about where we are when the bus stops. On the 5th of April 2024 we traveled back from Pretoria to Kroonstad and on our way the bus had a break down 120km away from Kroonstad. We had to wait for another bus from Pretoria to carry us through our journey, mind you it was around 21:30pm at night and the bus arrived around 01:30am. We left Pretoria at 17:30pm and arrived in Kroonstad at 03:30am and when asked the drivers do they not check the buses before the departure they responded that they only check the wheels 🙄
