Intercape Buses are unreliable.

I was supposed to leave friday at 19:15 from Durban to Johannesburg using intercape busses. When I got to the station to confirm my departure I was then told that the bus will leave at 21:90. I feel that is very inconvenient, they claimed to send an sms but that sms why is it never followed by email like when you book a ticket? why did I receive one (1) sms 2 days before I could leave of which I thought it was a **** because how do buses delay before they could leave. @Intercape has been really unreliable lately you sit there the whole entire and they don't care whether you were early or not their communication is stinking ridiculous. The only thing they could do was offer to give 80% of my ticket back to book another bus which is their own buses and not any other bus. I have been using the bus almost every month but still not recognized as the regular client even though that happen.
