Intercape buses are the worst

On the 23/02/2025 I booked a bus From Total Garage Vereeniging the bus was for 18:45 but it arrived at 18:35 did even wait to see if the will be people arriving at 18:45. We were told that we will not be refunded. Today 24/02/2025 we booked another bus for 19:35 at El Peso Spur Vanderbijlpark, the bus only arrived at 20: 15. Intercape is bad money making scheme that only care's about their pockets and not customer service.
