Intercape Buses are *******!!

I had to give 1 start because there is no 0 star, Intercape Bus lines is getting more pathetic by the day!! And they take their passengers for sh*t i booked a bus leaving Durban to Pretoria on 21 November 2022 9am, i booked Mainliner and when it is time to board the bus they send a Budgetliner, the most uncomfortable bus for long distance travel, there is no toilet, no charging ports, 3 seaters that are so small, and that is not even communicated with the passengers they just send their stupid bus for us, when we ask we get rude responses even from their head office they can't even give a proper apology for this. To make matters worse, the tires of this bus look like a bald head all them, which is very very unsafe these people are risking our lives!! This thing of Intercape really really needs to be looked at!! Even if they stopped working altogether because it seems they have lost interest in this industry mxm
