Intercape buses are not roadworthy

I am currently on an Intercape bus from East London to Cape Town & the bus is leaking from the roof and windows & the whole bus and seats are wet...we called the office & they sent a mechanic instead of a new bus and now we are told we must wait for plastics to sit on top of by the guy whos name is Craig on top of that the left wiper is not working properly it keeps making a funny noise.Iam very dissappointed by the level of service that we received by from this bus & never again will I use it and I advise other people also not use it. I demand a refund as I did not get the service I paid for and the bus was not roadworthy.
