Intercape buses are filthy

What a traumatizing experience. The bus was absolutely filthy, food s****s lying on the floors, literally ****roaches on the floor, vomit it the black packets behind some on the seats. The toilet was the most traumatizing of all. I can never set foot in those buses again. They are disgusting, filthy, water from the toilet bowl is on the toilet floor, toilet paper floating everywhere in the toilet, the light doesn't work. It stinks and is unhygienic. It has taken me days to write this review because I want to cry just thinking about it. Please do not use these buses find another way.
