Intercape bus trip nightmare

My trip from Johannesburg to Durban by intercape bus was nightmare on 28 August 2024, the bus breakdown several times and mechanics were called in and failed to fix it. Called their helpline but their agents were very rude and unprofessional no alternative plan for passengers.
