Intercape bus trip from hell

I booked a ticket online. I specifically booked Intercape which had a price different from that of Big Sky. On the day I needed to travel I was placed in a Big Sky bus. No explanation was ever provided. The bus I placed was filthy and smelly. Sat behind a reclined seat I could not fix. People behind me had their shoes off. The trip was unbearable.
