Intercape Bus trip from Durban to Joburg on the 8th of July at 8:15AM departure time

I was on an Intercape bus from Durban to Joburg on the morning of the 8th of July, what a bad journey it was as firstly we were suddenly boarded on an unknown bus that they claimed its for Intercape yet it did not even have an Intercape logo not even the Intercape bus colours, it was a weird brown smaller bus with was not even roadworthy. The most bad part was when the fire exit just opened as the bus was still in motion and even the bus main door opened while the bus was still moving .Another bad part was the bus was not road worthy and the drivers did not even bother to apologise at all. The charging ports on that bus did not even work and the seats were not comfortable at all. One of the drivers was rude as I had complained regarding the fact that we booked for an Intercape bus yet we only boarded on just a random bus which was not even comfortable. I will not even recommend Intercape to anyone as I honestly had an extremely bad experience and there was no apology at all from the drivers instead one of the drivers was rude as he was taking out our luggage bags. Fact is, I will never ever travel in any Intercape bus anymore as the overall service was extremely bad. Zero rating from me.
