Intercape bus travell

Good evening I went today to fetch my aunty from pietermaritzburg bus station . She was travelling with intercape bus number 905 When my aunty got of the bus ,she gave me her reciete number and asked me to fetch her luggage .The employee that was at the trailor and was passing the appropriate passengers they luggage said to me that he cannot find my aunties luggage and she needs to come to the trailer to fetch her own bag .Mind you my aunty is 79 years old .Secondly the guy passing the luggage was not wearing a name badge as all other bus company employees do. This is ridiculous. Personally they are many unemployed people who are much more respectful and will appreciate they job. After all u only have to look at the number on my aunties reciete n find the bag ,which would of being very easy if the trailer was set .I won't tolerate this as I work harder than this .I hope intercape can improve on they stuffs customer care skills .
