Intercape bus, toilet stinks the whole bus😭😭

Intercape bus Registration 078 GP from kokstard to Johannesburg on the 31st August 2023, i will never forget. The people who were driving this bus did not clean the toilet or drain what ever it supposed be drained. The smell of urine coming from the toilet was too bad to a point that people were wearing face mask in the bus. I am so disappointed with this kind of treatment we get from this bus. There is no way that people must inhale urine in the bus all the to Johannesburg from Kokstard. Management must deal with this please.
