Intercape Bus the bunch of *********
After being weighed i personally took the bags to the trailer of the bus, and their assistant helped me to put the bags in the trailer of the bus. we waited until the bus left for Johannesburg. Mom was watching us on the distance as she has knee a problem. her sit was seat no 17 later I spoke to the lady who was checking people in that she cant sit upstairs due to walking problem, she will have a problem to come down should she like to use the bathroom, the lady then allocated the seat No 48 next to the door on the ground floor.
i saw to it that my own mother was safe and the bus left, knowing how sick she was with Sugar and Hypertension, on the way one of your bus assistant came to her and told her that they can see only her two bags, where is the third bag, first how did they know that she has 2 bags instead of 3 without checking the ticket number? i feel this was staged within your team at Intercape to ***** the bag with valuable that was meant to keep my mom doing business in order to survive. mom went down with them and found only 2 bags and collapsed there. now the bag is nowhere to be found. that bag cannot be lost, must be found and retained to me as soon as possible. your Johannesburg ticket office at Park Station remained with moms, tickets and slips for the bag, they shouldn't have taken them from mom. after I got a call from the gentleman who told me that Customer Care is closed there is nothing they can do.
i will be opening a case against Intercape today should there be no way forward about this until the bag has been returned with all the valuables intact.
I took 3 bags to be weighed and tagged and paid R460 for all x 3, one was 38KG with valuable with R40,000 for business. Other was 37KG with mother's clothes and her personal items and the 19KG with gifts for my siblings. please help me what I can do, should I go to small claim court or what, I just need the bag and what was there...
