Intercape bus stuck for more than 2 hours

Booked bus from Johannesburg to Cape Town to see my wife and kids over the long Easter weekend. We stucked in middle of nowhere for almost 3 hours with the bus. This is totally unacceptable for such a big organisation. I would understand if it was free, but this is my time and money......Never ever again. This is beyond bad
