Intercape bus services are useless

I boarded intercape bus 219 last night at Park station which was supposed to leave at 21:30pm but left at 22:30pm, so now to make things WORSE it got to a shell garage that has an express spar by Harrissmith at 01:50am and the drive stopped there and said harrissmith I got off went into the garage to get snacks when I came out the bus was gone??
