Intercape bus services are a ****

Even one star rating is a bonus....these guys and their staff at cape town branch, Amanda and some supervisor (both dropped my recorded calls after notifying them) on shift. They have no empathy and no regards for there customers. Bus was delayed for more than 4 hours from Mossel Bay to CPT, and had no answers as to why there was a delay. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH INTERCAPE. They are thee biggest ********....we await our sister and don't trust that she will get here on time......Chilwans and Mavumisa Bus Services are the best from the Eastern Cape......
