Intercape Bus Services

My aunt's luggage was switched by an Intercape employee. Upon her arrival in Cape Town this morning, she noticed that she was given the wrong suitcase which belongs to someone else. They have refused to assist my aunt! Instead, they are now withholding the other passenger's luggage. They don't care about my aunt's urgent need for her things.
