I got the worst bus. No communication or whatsoever from intercape to let their customers know about the type of bus that they will be driving. I booked a sleepliner but didn’t drive in a sleepliner. The bus smelled awful (like pee), seats couldn’t incline, charging point was not working and it was very cold on the bus.
