Intercape bus services

On the 6th of May 2021 we came from Johannesburg to Klerksdorp. The bus driver was RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. He did not gave passengers enough time to go to the toilets due to the fact that the toilet on the bus is not working. Also that the driver was willing to leave passengers behind because " they took to long". On the 10th of May we incounter the same problem...at 02:45 we drove back from Klerksdorp towards Johannesburg and again the driver was rude and UNFRIENDLY and did not want to stop so that people can go to the toilet...because the toilet on the bus is not working !!! If another passenger did not force the driver to wait for the other passengers the bus driver would have left them behind. What kind of services is this ? The bus number is...607...please sort this out...Intercape bus services sucks...To be honest...I think the bus driver is a rassist...because he was rude only towards white people.
