Intercape bus service unsafe environment for woman and children

This bus service is horrid my wife and my child traveled from cape Town to PE we paid for seats that recline the passenger behind my wife became physical when my wife reclined her seat this is woth my child present what kind of unsafe environment is this bus service when my wife and child are accosted by someone one the bus I pay for a service and expect delivery as woth any business the company must adhere to safety and provide service hence in this company nine of that seems to matter, I want a full refund and an apology to my wife and child and u will never use this bus service ever and I will not recommend their services at all, I will also be posting on all social media to make my point as well as seeing my attorney to take legal action against this bus service known as intercape these unprofessional people never in my life my wife's medical bills will also be following with injuries sustained to my wife. This is absolutely absurd
