Intercape Bus Service is REDICULOUS! HORRIBLE!!!

My fiance recently used this bus service. It was the worst experience ever, and we have used the services alot. To pay almost R3000 for a ticket and then this is what we get...the bus smells like urine, they mop the toilet and then use the same mop to mop the rest of the bus. There are roaches in the bus, he stepped on atheist 8 and one even ran over his hands. This is absolutely unacceptable. The aircon doesn't work. The seats are dirty. I will NOT recommend using this bus service until they up the game. It wasn't always like this!
