Intercape bus service

The mainliner 084 of intercape broke down 5 times on its way to springbok from Cape Town, to Pretoria. We are currently stuck in springbok for 6 hours now awaiting a bus which still haven't arrived. This is the most terrible and pathetic service and I'm demanding a refund
