Intercape bus poor service!!
Intercape bus from Durban to Pretoria time of departure was 10 pm. And we had got there early and they did not announce that the bus arrived to the people that were sitting by the office. The bus left us and did not stop whule we tried to stop it it did not stop, we had to pay another 300 for transport to drop us at the next pick up point intercape office in Pietermaritzburg. The Bus number is: 8101 Trailer number:BT3023 Number plate: 59308 Bus Ticket number: ***JC620. There was three of us booked for that bus.

Number plate: 59308 the driver in this bus 10pm from Durban to Pretoria has a very ****ty attitude! intercapyassistance at the Durban office are lazy *****es that just go to work for the sake of getting paid. Because how is it that people who were an hour early and waiting at an intercape office miss the bus? The bus left 3 of us at the station, we chased it just before it left the driver did not stop. We had to pay another R300 for a transport to drop us off at the next pick up point which is Pietermaritzburg!
