Intercape bus operators:**** to try commit ***** and ended up causing me to lose everything i had left

Chose Intercape two weeks ago to get me from Durban to Wilderness,western cape…Relaxed and safe. The bus stopped at my pick up point,i walk to the door and great both operators..i great them first…and i get stared at.

Wanting to load my luggage…i had six refuge bags half full with clothes,and all my last things i had left and meant something to me..

I have been through hell the last 5 years eversince my ex wife dissapeared with our daugter..had three jobs who never paid me..the list goes on…

These operators,working for The intercape,christian company apparently…they start going at me because of my bags..too many bags so i have to pay R50 ext*****r bag..so i asked if i could draw at a stop because i had a cash send,but the atm wasnt there.”capitec”..

No!!!they want cash before i get on!!

I asked can i eft?anf again No!!!cash,we only take cash!!! They made such a scene..no intention to help me..didnt care that i couldn't draw cash there..so i loaded two bags,and left the rest there…i lost SOM MANY THINGS.easily 10000 worth of clothes and shoes and personal small items..

Ingot onto the bus and they ask me am i leaving all those bags there..what could i reply?my things werent even close to 20kg so they had no right to do this to me.the internet states extra luggage weight can be paid by cart cash eft and ao forth..WHY WAS I DENIED?The 2 black operators assisted black people,greeted them,but inwas treated like **** since they stopped there.they *******ly made me leave everything I owned there at the garage.footage can easily be obtained from the garage,and i took a video clip as we left.

This is beyond wrong and unfair.who do i see about this issue?i want my things replaced by those two operators,and they deserve legal action taken against them.who can advise me on this please?theres enough evidence to confirm this and to confirm that they are responsible for my loss.they tried to get cash out of me,which is *****,they didnt weigh my bags,they just decided i have to pay them!!they only wanted cash so they left me no choice but to part with all my belongings..or miss the bus..
