Intercape bus not caring for customers safety

Been sitting here from 4am till now, the bus owner has refused to release a bus to collect people that are stuck in the truck strike.

The truck people has allowed the people to walk to Tugela toll if the bus will get us but the owner said No.

What should we do now.
