Intercape Bus Non roadworthy

Intercape Bus 407 to Cape Town on 20-12-2018. No aircon on bus, 36 degrees inside. No windows to open, no fresh air to breath. It is ******* to transport passengers in a vehicle without windows that can open, UNLESS THE AIRCONDITION WORKS. The aircon did not brake on the way, it was not working and they intentional used this bus. Intercape did not reply on my emails and sms's. Bus's shocks worn out, rocking and bumping. Metal grid on roof fell off, fortunately missed the passenger seated underneath it. Drivers say that they do not want to complain more, fearing that they might get fired. Suggest not to support this company, that chooses to ignore complains, takes your money without giving the service that they say they do.
