Intercape bus must be closed in South Africa

I wish to rate this bus service in SA as the worst bus we have. As SA we struggle financially enough and then we must still have a bus service that is so inconsiderate of us poor SA. My bus tickets number ***YP712 My cousin missed the bus with her son on the 7/01/2025 by 5 minutes. I explain the reason for this and asked if the ticket date can't be changed as the child needs to go back to school. I never received any feedback after they said they cant help, I was told to send an email for a refund but no feedback received till today.
