Intercape bus leaving people stranded in the middle of nowhere!!!

What a horrific experience i had with inetercape after using this service for the past century. Yes the price of the intercape has gone down to make it more affordable for people to travel however they forgot about the service, this bus leave people stranded in the middle of no where, once you have booked and checked it, thats it, they care less of what happens to you after that, they dont even do a check list after a break - stop, ones its their 15 minutes, THEY GO. Its been a numebr of occassions that the bus had to return to the back to fetch passengers because of being left behind. And if call the office to complain, no one gets back to you, you are being put on a 10-15 minutes hold and no one even acknowledge your complaint, its like they dont care...they forget that we spend our money to book this busses of theirs and they treat us like we nothing...so much for the (up graded busses with top service) unless they tp nuch service is to leave people behind and dont do the check list in the bus coz they are just in a rush to get to where they are going...shame...what a dissapointment...
