Intercape bus leaves passengers stranded for 5 hours on the N4 with no assistance

If there was a way to give a negative star to this company I would , they are very unprofessional we left JHB on the way to Maputo , the bus broke down at 12:45 ( 23 km away from Nelspruit) for more than 5 hours on a busy road and unsafe , we had children and elderly people in the bus, high temperatures and no water , they didn’t have the decency to send assistance from their office in Nelpruit. They kept lying that the bus had left depo in Pretoria to rescue us, a mechanic came to try fix the bus with no success . This company Intercape puts the worse buses on the route to Mozambique, with no maintenance. Shame on you people . Once a credible company to the worst ever seen .
