INTERCAPE BUS LEAVES EARLY WITHOUT 15 PASSENGERS

I have booked a ticket through Checkers Hyper on the Intercape Bus from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg on Sunday, 15 February 2015 at 09h40. <br> I arrived on time at the departure centre in Pietermaritzburg (opposite MacDonalds). <br> After the departure time there was no bus in sight. I request the employee behind the reception desk as to the whereabouts of the bus. He told me that the bus already left.<br> I paid R237.00 for my bus ticket. I wasn't late at all but the bus departed very early. There were several other passengers waiting.<br> Personnel of the Greyhound heard of our dilemma and offered us tickets to Johannesburg for R200,00 each.<br> I think it is unfair that I had to pay for a ticket again as I was on time for the first bus to Johannesburg.<br> Kind regards<br> CHARMAINE JACKSON<br>
