Intercape bus JHB park station

What a poor service from the staff members of Intercape in joburg!!! Our experience with the intercape bus was not pleasant & professional at all...we were instructed to follow the wrong que and as a result the bus left us behind.When we requested for our refund the supervisor refused to renew our tickets while other people got their refunds. They blamed us for their incompetence and said they cant do anything to assist us even worse in the middle of the night with human trafficking taking place, we almost got ****** and we ended up sleeping in a shelter of homeless people.

Honestly their service is very dull & uprofessional cause clearly they are unreliable & they dont care about their customers instead their main objective is to get money with the ****ty service they offer to people.
