Intercape bus is such a horrible bus

Intercape provides the most unprofessional service; they were an hour late while I waited outside at dawn. On August 31, 2023, I was traveling from Umtata to Port Elizabeth, where the bus was scheduled to arrive at 12:30 am but instead arrived at 1:30 am. When the bus arrived, it reeked of urine and the floor was damp; this is abhorrent and unacceptable filth. The bus was stranded in Grahamstown for three hours; I have never encountered such terrible service.
