Intercape Bus is not Safe or Dependable!

Intercape Bus Horror Story (True Story) A close friend of mine took the Intercape Bus from Durban to PE on the evening of the 28th June 2023... with an expected arrival at 8am. In King Williams Town around 4am on the 29th June 2023, the bus stopped at the petrol station. My friend, another lady and her husband got off to go to the loo... The bus driver politely tried to drive off without them...the man, who was an American had to almost jump in front of the bus to stop it...The bus driver was unapologetic. This is one of the most disgusting and very disappointing service stories I have ever heard in my life. I only hope that this hasn't happened before to other traveller's... In todays world, I am horrified to imagine what could happen to a woman or child alone at that time and in an unknown town. Probably by the time they arrive in PE , their luggage would have be reappropriated. Please take this as a warning if you have any loved ones that are wanting to take the Intercape Bus to any destination! It is definitely not safe or dependable! Intercape #intercapebus #intercape
