Intercape Bus is horrible to its customers

Intercape Bus is horrible in customer service. We've been waiting for a bus since 13:30 in Bela Bela going to Johannesburg. We've been calling customer service and all they do is lie to us about the whereabouts of the bus. At 14:00 they said the bus is 16km away, at 15:00 they said it's passing Modimolle, now at 15: 50 it's 15km away again I'm so passed it's not even funny. All I want now Is my refund so that me and my family can catch taxis 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
