Intercape bus horrible service

<p>On a bus to Kokstad at 17:30 from Parkstation on the 11/11 .... i cannot believe the service i recieved from the bus drivers! No assistance in finding a seat and the ppl helping with the lagguage are sooo rude!!! I paid more for the same level of service as a city to city bus. Never again!</p>
