Intercape bus from Durban to jhb 30/11/2020

We ve never experienced such bad service, the toilet is not working which I think is one of the reasons why we opt for these buses with toilets inside, I feel bad for the driver because they were shouting at him and he could not concentrate ended up stopping on the next garage I hope this will not coz trouble for him at work because I would have done the samething if i was in his shoes.
