Intercape Bus

I’m really disappointed with Intercape. Their buses never arrive on time, and what’s worse – there’s absolutely no communication or updates from the company when there are delays.

It honestly feels like you’re using a free service, except you’ve paid, and still get treated like your time and money don’t matter.

This kind of poor service is unacceptable, especially for people who rely on Intercape for long-distance travel. Delays can affect connecting transport, work, or even family plans.

If you’re planning to travel with Intercape, think twice. I hope they improve, but for now, this experience has left a very bad impression.
