Intercape bus

I book a bus on the 23rd from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria my bus was leaving at 16:30 and I was late I arrived at about 16:35 and the bus was already gone so I lost my money and at the office I was told that the bus is on the way to Grahamstown and there was a bus that will be leaving at 18:00 I must book that bus again but it was going on the same direction.
